Joining us this week is the impossible to categorize Annica Eagle, who wears multiple creative hats. Among other things, she’s a blacksmith, an improv actor, a comedy writer, a magician and an award-winning pun champion.
On that last note: Back in May, Annica competed once again at the 49th Annual O. Henry Museum Pun-Off World Championships in Austin, Texas.
Annica sheds some light on the world of competitive punning and how she personally combines it with political activism. She’s also working to cultivate the pun scene locally via The Punderground.
Beyond puns, the discussion also wends its way through Annica’s other creative pursuits and what she sees as the common denominator to all of them.
