This week’s guests are Toby Keough and Chris Grubb of Coeur d’Alene’s new fine art gallery and professional artist collective, MODUS.
Ahead of the gallery’s grand opening on June 12, 2026, they talk about the legacy that comes with inhabiting the former Art Spirit space, the five member-owners who launched the gallery, and the m.o. of MODUS.
At the start, MODUS plans to have 22 member artists annually with monthly dual exhibitions. The final exhibition of the year will be a group show.
Membership comes with certain perks. Each of the members will be able to use the gallery space for events, and they receive a higher-than-average commission on sales of their work.
